Meet the Ball-Bearer Leafhopper: The world’s most bizarre bug
This small bug is called Bocydium globulare, and is a close relative to cicadas and leafhoppers. It is a quite rare insect and may appear in different forms and shapes. It’s still unknown why the insect developed this “crazy hat”, but some biologists believe it’s for keeping predators away.
